Sales Geolocation
Location Tracking for Smarter Sales Operations
The Sales Geolocation feature captures the salesperson's location when a Sales Order is created. It enables real-time location tracking, improves accountability, and enhances reporting accuracy, making it ideal for field sales teams and managers to monitor sales activities efficiently.
π Key Features
Enhance Sales team experience with Sales Geolocation.
Automatic Location Capture
Captures salesperson's latitude and longitude when a Sales Order is created.
Google Maps Integration
Open the captured location directly in Google Maps with one click.
Location Verification
Verify customer visits and sales activities using recorded coordinates.
Improved Accountability
Helps managers ensure sales representatives visit customer locations.
Automatic Data Recording
Stores geolocation data automatically without manual entry.
Secure Location Storage
Stores geolocation information securely within the ERP system for future reference.
How to Use Sales Geolocation
1. When a Sales Order is created, the system automatically captures the user's current latitude and longitude, subject to browser location permission. The captured coordinates are stored in the Sales Order record for future reference and reporting.
2. View the Captured Location :-
A Google Map button is available on the Sales Order form.
Clicking this button opens Google Maps and displays the location where the sales order was created.

3. Open the Location in Google Maps :-
After clicking the Google Map button, Google Maps opens and navigates to the captured location. This helps managers and sales teams verify customer visits and track field sales activities.
