How to Use Invoice Geolocation

1. Create a Sales Invoice :-
Create a new Sales Invoice as usual in ERPNext. Once the invoice is created, the system requests location access from the browser. After permission is granted, the current latitude and longitude coordinates are automatically captured and stored with the invoice.Β

2. Access the Location Information :-
The captured coordinates are stored within the Sales Invoice document and can be reviewed at any time. A Google Map button is available on the invoice form for quick access to the recorded location.

3. View the Location on Google Maps :-
Click the Google Map button to open the captured coordinates directly in Google Maps. This allows users to verify the invoice creation location and review geographical information associated with the transaction.
