How to Use Supplier Product Availability

1. Assign a Supplier to an Item :-
Navigate to Item → Supplier Item Table and assign the supplier.
Only the suppliers added here will be able to view that specific item on the portal.

2. Create Portal User for Supplier :-
Go to Supplier Master → Portal Users and add the supplier’s email address.
This will grant login access to the supplier on the website portal.

Real-Time Supplier Inventory Status

3. Supplier Login (Portal Access) :-
The supplier visits your website and logs in using their registered email credentials.

4. Access Supplier Stock Availability :-
After login, the supplier can click on the “Supplier Stock Availability” menu to view available items. 

5. Search & Filter Items :-

  • Item Search : Use the search bar to find items by Name or Item Code.
  • Warehouse Filter : View stock quantities for a specific warehouse if inventory is distributed across multiple locations.
  • Navigation : Use Next and Previous buttons to browse through large datasets easily.

How does supplier-based product visibility work?
Only products assigned to a supplier in the Item’s Supplier table are visible to that supplier on the portal.
How can a supplier access the portal?
A portal user must be created in the Supplier Master using their email. Once added, they can log in through the website.
Can suppliers view stock from multiple warehouses?
Yes. Suppliers can filter stock based on specific warehouses to view accurate quantities per location.
Is real-time stock information available?
Yes. The system displays real-time stock quantities directly from warehouse inventory.
Can this module be customized?
Yes. Features like filters, access rules, UI, and reporting can be customized based on your business requirements.
