How to Use POS Birthday Discount
1. Create a Customer :-
Go to Customer and click on New.
Fill in the required details such as:
- Customer Name
- Customer Type
- Birthdate (important for discount eligibility)
2. Configure POS Profile :-
Go to POS Profile and click on New.
Enter required details:
- Name
- Company
- Warehouse
- Birthday Discount
3. Apply Discount in POS :-
Go to Point of Sale → Dashboard and open a POS session.
Select the customer (with birthdate set) and add items to the cart.
The birthday discount will be applied automatically if eligible.
Complete the order by creating the POS Invoice.
Note :-
1. The discount is applicable only during the customer’s birthday month.
2. It can be used only once per customer during that month.
