Portal Leaves
Portal leaves Using this module, employees can view their Own leave and request leave from the portal.
To set up the Portal Leaves in Odoo, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Website and click on My Account.
- Open Leaves from your portal dashboard.
List of Leaves – Administrators can view and manage all employee leaves directly from the system.
Employee Leaves – Employees can view and manage only their own leave records from the portal.
Search Records – You can search the leave records. You can filter the records with Approved Time Off or To Approve. You can also group the records by Leave Type or Status.
Delete Record – You can delete a leave record by simply clicking on the Delete icon.
Apply for Leave – From the portal, employees can apply for leave by filling in the required details and then clicking the Submit button to complete the request.
Leave Validation – While applying for leave, if the selected date is mismatched or overlaps with an existing leave, the system will prevent submission and display an error message explaining what is wrong.
