Purchase Order Return

The Purchase Order Return Module enables users to efficiently track and manage purchase orders along with their return deliveries. It allows users to initiate product returns directly from the purchase order, eliminating the need to interact with stock pickings.

In the Purchase Order Form, after creating a Request for Quotation and products are received, users can initiate a return process seamlessly.To return products, simply click on the Return button in the header.

This action will trigger a popup where the user can provide all necessary details for the product return.The popup form allows the user to specify products and their respective quantities to return.Once the details are entered, clicking on the Return button will finalize the process.This feature ensures smooth handling of product returns, giving users a simple and efficient way to manage returned goods directly from the Purchase Order interface.

On the RFQ page, after returning a product, the Returned quantity of that product is automatically updated to reflect the return.

Return Orders: In the Purchase Order form view, there is a page named "Return Orders". By clicking on this page, users can view all the product returns previously created for that particular Purchase Order.

User Can also create a return order manually from Return Order Menu situated in Orders Menu.Select Purchase Order of which you want to create return order, add products and confirm the return order using confirm button in header.

User can also access all the pickings for return orders of current purchase order using state button Return.
