Instagram Feed Snippet
The Instagram Feed Snippet module allows you to seamlessly integrate Instagram posts into your Odoo Website. It provides an easy way to add and display Instagram feeds, helping enhance the visual appeal and engagement of your site.
Users can simply drag and drop the Instagram feed snippet onto any website page. Additionally, the number of posts displayed per row can be configured directly from the website settings.
To access and preview the Instagram feed on your Odoo Website, follow the steps below:
- Open the Website module from your Odoo dashboard.
- You will see the Instagram Feed interface displayed on the screen.
To configure Instagram settings for your website, follow the steps below:
- Open the Website module from the Odoo dashboard.
- Navigate to Configuration > Websites.
- Select and open your Website record.
After opening your website record, complete the Instagram configuration by following the steps below:
- Go to the Instagram Configuration tab.
- Enter your Instagram Access Token.
- Enter your Instagram ID.
- Choose and configure your preferred Display Design for the Instagram feed.
- Save the record to apply the changes.
Once Instagram configuration is completed, you can add the feed to your website using the editor:
- Open your Website Home page.
- Click the Edit button located at the top-right corner.
- In the editor panel, scroll to the Blocks section.
- Find the Instagram Posts snippet.
- Drag & Drop the snippet onto your desired position on the webpage.
- You will see the Instagram post layout along with a Load More button.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
After adding the Instagram snippet to your website page, visitors can explore additional posts easily:
- Click the Load More button displayed below the Instagram feed.
- Additional posts will be loaded automatically based on your configured settings.
To generate your Instagram Access Token and User ID, follow the steps below:
- Download the official configuration guide using the link provided.
- Open the guide and follow the instructions to obtain your required credentials.
