Website User Profile

The Website User Profile module allows users to manage and customize their profiles directly on the website. Users can view their profile information, update their profile picture, and modify billing and shipping addresses. Additionally, they have the option to change their login password, providing full control over their account settings in a convenient and user-friendly manner.

Accessing Your Account

To access your account settings on the website, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Website.
  2. On the top-right corner, click on your profile name or user ID.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select My Account to view and manage your account details.

Here is the interface of your account profile, where you can perform multiple actions to manage your account:

  • You can add a shipping address here.
  • You can log out of your profile from here.
  • You can change your password here.

To add a shipping address, first click on the Add an address button in the Shipping Address section.

To add a new shipping address to your profile, enter the address details in the provided form and click Confirm.

View and Edit Address

After adding the address, you can view it in your profile. You also have the option to edit or delete it. To edit, click the pencil icon at the top-right corner of the shipping address section.

Update the existing address with the new details and click Confirm to save the changes.

You can now see your updated address in your profile. To delete the address, click the trash icon at the top-left corner of the shipping address section.

A confirmation popup will appear. Click Yes, Delete to remove the address from your profile.

The address has been successfully removed and is no longer visible in your profile.

Change Password

To change your password, scroll to the bottom of your profile dashboard and click Change Password.

Enter Email for Reset

In the opened interface, enter your email address and click Reset Password. You will receive instructions in your email to reset your password.

Open Email and Reset Password

Open the email sent to you and click Change Password to proceed with resetting your password.

Set New Password

Enter your new password, confirm it, and click Reset Password. You will receive a confirmation that your password has been successfully reset.

Sign In with New Password

After resetting your password, you will be automatically logged out. Click Sign In from the top-right corner and enter your email along with the new password to log in successfully.
