Website Product Price Drop Alert

The Website Product Price Drop Alert module enables customers to receive email notifications whenever the price of a product drops, helping them stay informed and make timely purchase decisions.

Navigate to Settings and open Website Profile.

Go to the Order Follow-up section and enable the Price Drop checkbox.

Once enabled, the Email Template field will appear automatically - select the desired email template to proceed.

Price Drop from change Product Price

Open website shop and add product in cart.

Product price is showing.

When we add product in cart, quotation will be auto created.

Now, open quotation and check product price.

Now, open selected products and change sale price.

Now, open the Price Drop menu.

A product price drop record will be automatically created whenever there is a change in the sale price.

Each record includes details such as Partner Name, Sale Order Number, and Product Name, along with both the old price and the new price for easy comparison.

Now, open price drop product alert scheduled action.

After that go to Receive Product and validate it.

Run manually price drop alert schedular.

Now, open the Email section. A price drop email record will be automatically created.

The email is automatically sent to the customer; however, it can also be sent manually by clicking the Send Now button.

The customer receives the price drop email and can review the details, including the product name, old price, and new price.

If the customer wishes to proceed with the purchase, they can click on the Resume Order button directly from the email.

When the customer clicks on the "resume order" button, the page will be auto redirected to the add to cart page.

The Product price will be auto updated and the product will be added in cart.

Again open quotation and refresh quotation.

Unit price will be auto update in quotation.
