Website Birthday Discount
The Website Birthday Discount module provides an automated way to offer special discounts to customers during their birthday month. The discounts are applied directly to products in the cart, helping businesses enhance customer engagement and build stronger relationships through a personalized shopping experience
Set Birth date in the Profile
To set up and use the Website Birthday Discount module in Odoo, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Website App:
From the Odoo dashboard, go to the Website module. -
Open Your Profile:
On the website, navigate to My Account and click on Edit Information to open your user profile. -
Set Your Birth Date:
In the profile section, locate the Birth Date field and enter your date of birth. -
Save Profile Details:
Click Save to update your profile with the new birth date information.
In the Contacts module, each customer profile displays whether the customer is eligible for a birthday discount in the current month
Configure Birthday Discount
To configure the Birthday Discount, navigate to the Website module, then go to Configuration > Settings. Under the Birthday Discount section, set the desired Discount Percentage. You can also restrict discounts to customers who meet specific eligibility conditions.
- A discount can be provided if the customer has been registered for at least two months.
- A discount can be provided if the customer has completed at least one successful order.
Open the website shop and add products to the cart. If the customer is eligible for the discount, it will be automatically applied to the products in the cart. Then click Checkout to continue.
On the payment page, you will see the discount applied to the products. Click on the Pay Now button to complete your order
