User Mail Block Kanak
The User Mail Block Module allows users to easily restrict or block email usage, ensuring better control over email communications within the system.
Here, we can send email & message.
Navigate to the Settings and click on the User & Companies menu.
Now, open user and go to the Technical Settings section.
Activate Email Block checkbox to block user mail.
Once the email block is activated, the Send Message option is automatically hidden from the chatter.
If a user attempts to send an email by clicking the Send by Email button, a warning message will be displayed.
