Timesheet Import
The Timesheet Import module allows you to easily import employee timesheets from Excel and CSV files, making data entry faster, simpler, and more efficient.
Import with CSV ans Xlsx file :-
Here is the sample file of Employee Timesheet.
Import Timesheet Menu:-
Navigate to Timesheets > Configuration > Import Timesheet.
Import Timesheet Wizard :-
The import wizard allows users to select the file type, upload the file, and click the “Import” button to process timesheets. Users can also download sample CSV and XLSX files for reference.
Import XLSX File :-
Upload a properly formatted XLSX file and click the "Import" button to create timesheet entries.
Timesheet Import :-
Here Successfully Imported XLSX file.
Create Timesheet[XLSX] :-
Users can view employee timesheets created through the imported XLSX file.
Ensure the XLSX file contains correct values; if not, an error (bounce) file will be generated for review.
Import CSV File :-
Import CSV file with proper value and click on "Import" button to create the timesheet.
Timesheet Import :-
Here Successfully Imported CSV file.
Create Timesheet[CSV] :-
Users can view employee timesheets created through the imported CSV file.
Ensure the CSV file contains accurate values; otherwise, an error (bounce) file will be generated for correction.
Create Timesheet Bouncefile :-
A timesheet bounce file is generated during CSV or XLSX import if the file contains incorrect or missing values.
