Product Subscription Management

Product Subscription Management module allows you to manually create and manage product subscriptions in Odoo. Features include subscription intervals, product subscriptions, subscription lines, and comprehensive management of all product subscriptions.

Go to Sales > Configuration > Settings. Under Product Subscriptions, add Delivery Reminder Days and save the settings.

Go to Sales > Configuration > Subscription Intervals to manage your subscription intervals.

Here you will get the list of subscription intervals and can add more as per your needs.

Go to Sales > Products > Products, select any product, and enable Can Be Subscribed. This will make a new tab for subscriptions visible where you can assign subscription intervals.

Go to Sales > Subscriptions > Subscriptions to view the list or create a new subscription by selecting New.

Add the customer and necessary details, then add a product line for the subscription.

When adding a product, a popup opens. Fill in the product information along with subscription intervals, then save and close.

Fill the customer and subscription lines as needed. Scroll to the rightmost side to see the Start option. Click it to start the subscription; the state will change from Draft to In Progress and save automatically.

Once the subscription is In Progress, an email will be sent notifying that the subscription has been created.

Create a Sale Order and add the product(s) you want to subscribe.

When adding a product in the Sale Order, a popup will open. Fill in the product information and ensure Subscription is selected.

Fill the remaining product information as shown in the screenshot, then click Save & Close to finalize the subscription product details.

Now confirm the Sale Order. Once confirmed, it will automatically send an email notifying that the subscription has been created.

After confirming the Sale Order, you can see smart buttons for Deliveries and Subscriptions on the top of the form. Click Subscriptions to view related subscription details.

You can view subscription lines related to that Sale Order. From the rightmost end of each line, you can change the stage between Hold and Close.
