Schedule Sale Delivery

The Schedule Sale Delivery module allows you to create delivery orders based on scheduled delivery dates defined in each sale order line. It helps organize and manage deliveries efficiently by scheduling them according to specific dates and quantities.

Create and Schedule Sale Deliveries

Follow the steps below to schedule and process deliveries directly from the Sales module.

  1. Go to Sales. By default, you will see the Quotations view.
  2. You can create a new quotation here or from the Orders menu, where both Orders and Quotations are listed.
  3. Create a new quotation and add Order Lines. Make sure to fill in the Quantity.
  4. At the right end of each order line, click the Delivery icon to open the delivery scheduling popup.

In the popup, add the Scheduled Dates and corresponding Quantities, then click Confirm.

Now, confirm the quotation from the header to proceed further.

After confirmation, you will see the Delivery smart button at the top. Click it to view delivery records.

You can now see a list of scheduled deliveries. Open one delivery record to review its details.

Validate the delivery from the header to complete the process.

Return to the quotation. You can now see the validated delivery quantity reflected in the Delivered column.

If you check the Delivery smart button again, you will notice the delivery status has changed to Done.
