Sale Receive Payment
Using this module, users can receive payments directly from the Sales Order, allowing payments to be recorded against the same Sales Order easily and efficiently.
Navigate to Settings >> Users and Enable the Sale Receive Payments option from the Users profile.
When click on confirm button, receive payment button appears.
When you click on the Receive Payment button, a popup window appears allowing you to enter the payment details. You can specify the Journal, Memo, Amount, and Payment Date before confirming the transaction.
After the payment is received, a Smart Button is automatically added to the related Sale Order. This button provides quick access to the corresponding payment transaction, allowing users to easily review or manage the received payment details directly from the sale order view. It enhances navigation and improves workflow efficiency for managing sales and payments.
You can also see outstanding payments in invoice.
