Pricelist Approvals
The Pricelist Approval module streamlines the pricelist creation process by introducing an approval workflow. Users can submit pricelist requests for review, which are then routed to the assigned approver. A pricelist can be created or made active only after receiving the necessary approval, ensuring better control, accuracy, and compliance with pricing policies.
Go to Approvals > Configuration > Approval Types.
Go to Sales > Products > Create Pricelist.
Enter the pricelist name, currency and the pricing rule.
Click on the save button and it will automatically create the approval request.
You can see the Approval request of all the type.
Click on Approve button to approve the request.
Navigate to Configuration > Approval Types > Pricelist.
Activate or deactivate the pricelist approval workflow.
Deactivating this option will disable the pricelist approval flow, allowing direct pricelist creation without approval.
Create Pricelist directly without creating Pricelist approval.
Activate the Pricelist approval flow.
