Pos Prescription
The POS Prescription module allows users to create prescription orders and import them into the POS to sell prescribed medicines. It also enables automatic creation of prescription orders directly from POS orders. Users can choose to always generate a prescription order for POS sales or enable/disable this feature using a toggle button.
Creating Prescription Order
Navigate to Prescription and click on new to create a new prescription order.
Create a prescription order.
Importing Prescription orders in POS
Edit the POS session before starting it and mark the import prescription order true.
Mark the import Prescription True and Save.
Start the session.
Click on Prescription Order button to see all the prescription order.
Select any order you want to import in POS Order.
Click on Add Products.
All the products of selected prescription order will be added in POS.
Creating prescription order directly from POS
Edit the session before starting and under the prescription setting : Select Create prescription
a) Always Create Prescription Order - This will always generate prescription orders from pos order.
b) Enable option : Gives a button to enable/disable prescription creation.
Now you can enable the creation of prescription orders in POS using the Prescription button.
