Payment Approvals
Payment Approvals module enables users to initiate a payment approval request, which must be approved by the designated approver before the payment is created.
Set Approvers in Payment Approval Types
Go to Approvals > Configuration > Approval Types.
Create Payment
Go to Invoicing > Customers > Create Payment.
Enter Details of Payment
Enter customer, payment type, amount, journal and date.
Click on Save button it will automatic create approval request.
See the Approval Request
You can see the Approval request of all the type.
Approve Request
Click on Approve button to approve the request.
Payment Approval Configuration
Configuation > Approval Types > Payment.
You can deactivate/activate the payment approval.
Deactive the payment approval flow.
Create Payment directly without creating Payment Approval.
Activate the Payment Approval Flow.
