Partner Survey

The Partner Survey module enables organizations to engage with contacts by sending surveys directly. Contacts can receive and respond via email, while administrators can track responses and monitor progress in real-time. This module simplifies survey management, streamlining feedback collection without any complex setup.

To view the survey responses for a contact, follow these steps:

1. Go to Contacts and select the desired contact.
2. Open the Answers page to view the survey responses submitted by that contact. If no surveys exist, the page will appear blank.
3. Click the Questionnaire smart button on the contact's profile to view or start surveys.

Here you can view the list of surveys available for the selected contact. This list shows which surveys have been shared or can be assigned to this contact.

To send a survey to a contact via email, follow these steps:

1. Select the survey you want to send from the contact's survey list.
2. Enable the Send by Email option.
3. Write the Email Subject and the Email Template.
4. Fill in any additional required information.
5. Click Send to deliver the survey to the contact.

After sending the survey, the contact can start and submit it by following these steps:

1. Open the survey email received by the contact.
2. Click the Start Survey button to begin answering the questions.
3. Fill in the survey form with the required answers.
4. Review the responses before submitting.
5. Click Submit to complete the survey.

Once a contact has submitted a survey, you can review their responses by following these steps:

1. Go to Contacts and select the desired contact.
2. Navigate to the Answers page.
3. Here you will see all questions and the responses submitted by the contact for that survey.
