Partner Statement Report
The Partner Statement Report module allows users to print or send statements for individual partners or all partners. It enables viewing details of multiple partners simultaneously and supports date-based filters for better reporting and analysis.
To set up Send Partner Statement, navigate to Invoicing >> Configuration >> Settings.
Under the Send Partner Statement section, set the Interval and it will automatically update the Next Run date.
Open the Partner Statement Menu from the Invoicing module to manage and access customer statements.
Apply Date Filters in the popup to print and send PDF statements for a specific duration and select the desired partner(s).
Note: If you don't apply a partner filter, statements will be generated for all partners.
Open a Customer record. All the customer's statements can be viewed by clicking the Statement button available in the customer's form view.
View the Statement List to see all generated partner statements in one place.
Use the Print/Send Individual Report option to generate and share statements for a specific customer.
A Popup will show the partner statement details for quick access and verification.
A PDF report will print out.
