Website Newsletter Subscribe Popup
The Website Newsletter Subscribe Popup module allows you to display a subscription popup on the website, enabling visitors to easily subscribe to the newsletter.
Follow the steps below to create a Mailing List in Odoo:
- Navigate to Email Marketing and click on Mailing Lists.
- Click on Create to add a new mailing list.
- Enter the required details for the mailing list and save the record.
A popup window will appear. Enter the Name of the mailing list and click the Create button to save it.
The Mailing List has been successfully created and is now available for use.
To enable the Popup Newsletter:
- Navigate to Settings and enable the Popup Newsletter option.
- Select the Newsletter Mailing List you want to use.
- You can create and configure as many Newsletter Popup Design Templates as needed.
The Newsletter Subscribe Popup will appear on the website approximately 10 seconds after landing.
- If the user is signed in, their email will automatically appear in the Subscribe field.
- If the user is not signed in, the email field will be blank.
- The user can enter their email and click Subscribe, or choose No Thanks to close the popup.
After a user subscribes to the Newsletter Popup, a Thank You Popup will be displayed to confirm the successful subscription.
Open the Mailing List in Email Marketing. The mailing list will be automatically updated with new subscribers who signed up via the website Newsletter Popup.
The user's Email ID and other details are automatically updated in the backend under Mailing List Contacts. This ensures that all subscriber information is stored and ready for email campaigns.
Key Features

Allows public users to subscribe to or cancel the newsletter.
If the user selects No Thanks, the popup will not reappear for the next 7 days.
When a user subscribes from the website, their email address is automatically updated in the backend.
