New User Account Approval
New User Account Approval module manages and filters newly registered users in Odoo. Whenever a new user signs up, their account remains pending until approved by an administrator.
Users Pending for Approval
Navigate to Settings and then users & companies.
Open Users Pending for approval.
Create Public User
User is redirected after Sign-Up and not allowed access till approval.
Approval/Rejection
Navigate to the Users & Companies Menu.
Click on Users Pending For Approval Sub-menu.
Here admin can see the list of users waiting for access.
Admin approve or reject the user
Here Admin approve the user John.
User Logged in after approval
After giving approval to the user,that user is allowed to access the system as Public User.
Email Notfication
User receives an email notification once their access request has been approved.
User Rejection
If the Admin rejects the User Request,the User is not allowed access.
Email Notfication
User receives an email notification if their account request has been rejected.
