Multi Merge Orders

Merge Multi Orders

The Merge Multi Orders module enables users to efficiently merge multiple Sales Orders and Purchase Orders linked to the same vendor into a single consolidated order.

Select multiple orders in the draft state and go to the action tab and click on Merge Multi Purchase Orders.

When the Merge Multiple Purchase Orders action is clicked, a pop-up window opens displaying various merge options for the user to choose from.

When the user selects the "New Order and Cancel All Selected Purchase Orders" option, the system will create a new order and automatically cancel all the selected purchase orders.

User can see new purchase order is created and all selected purchase orders are canceled.

When user select "new order and delete all selected purchase orders" option then it will create new order and all selected purchase orders will be deleted.

User can see new purchase order is created and all selected purchase orders are deleted.

When the user selects "Merge Multiple Orders into an Existing Selected Order and Cancel Others", the system will prompt the user to choose the purchase order into which the remaining selected purchase orders should be merged. All other selected purchase orders will then be automatically cancelled.

User can see Purchase orders are merged and all Other selected purchase orders are canceled.

When user selects "Merge Multi order on existing selected order and delete others" then a selection will occur from which user can select the purchase order in which other purchase orders has to be merged and will delete other orders.

User can see purchase orders are merged and all Other selected purchase orders are deleted.
