Sale Order Return

This module allows users to efficiently track and manage Sale Orders along with their delivery returns.It enables users to return products directly from the Sale Order itself, without the need to navigate to the stock picking.

Returning Products

After creating a Sale Order and once the products are received, users can initiate a return directly from the Sale Order form.


Simply click the Return button in the header to open a popup window.


Here, users can enter the return details- select the products, specify the quantities to be returned, and click Return to complete the process.

When the user clicks on the Return button from the Sale Order form, a popup window appears.


The popup shows product details, salesperson, sales team, and allows entering return quantity.


User can also specify the reason for return and add notes if required.


Finally, clicking the Return button will process the return and update the system.

Confirming Product Return

Once product details and return quantity are entered in the popup, the user needs to click on the Return button.


Clicking Return confirms the return request and processes it into the system workflow.


This ensures that stock movements and return records are properly updated.


If the user does not want to proceed, they can click on Cancel instead.

Sales Order Product Details

The sales order screen displays the product details including quantity, delivered, and returned amounts.


The user can easily track the quantities delivered, returned, and pending for each product in the sales order.


For returns, the user can input the amount of products to be returned and click on the Return button to proceed with the return process.


The return functionality is an integral part of managing sales and ensuring proper stock management.

Viewing Return Orders

The Return Orders tab displays all the return requests for the sale order. Here, you can see details such as return order number, customer name, return date, and reason for return.


This section helps track and manage returns, ensuring that all return details are documented and processed accordingly.


Users can view the return orders at a glance and assess any required follow-up actions related to returns.


For further actions, the user can return to the main order lines or process the return details by clicking on the appropriate buttons.
