PoS Hide Refund Button

PoS Hide Refund Button is an Odoo module designed to control the visibility of the refund button in the POS interface. This module is useful for Retail, Restaurants, and Billing Industries, where refund access must be restricted. With this Odoo module, admins can hide the refund button or allow it only for specific users, ensuring secure and controlled POS operations.

Navigate to Point of Sale -> Settings.

Here you can see boolean for 'Hide Refund Button' and 'Enable Refund Button for Specific Users' in POS.

If "Hide Refund Button" boolean is false, then Refund button is shown as default.

If "Hide Refund Button" boolean is true, then Refund button will be hide from the PoS product screen.

Enable the 'Refund Button for Specific Users' option.

Add users under 'Allowed Users for Refund' to give them exclusive access to the refund button.

Only the selected users will be able to see and use the refund button in POS.

Log in with another user: enter the username and password, then sign in.

Other users will not be able to see the refund button.
