Export Tickets Portal
The Export Tickets Portal module offers an efficient way for users to manage and extract ticket data directly from the portal. It allows exporting individual tickets or complete ticket lists within a specified date range in Excel (XLS) format, ensuring easy access and organized reporting
The Access Rights feature is used to give users permission to export tickets
By specifying a date range, clicking the download button will export tickets for the selected dates
Export tickets in Excel for the selected date range
If no dates are provided, clicking the download button will export all tickets in an Excel file
Export all tickets data in an Excel file
Users can export a single ticket's details by clicking the export button at the end of the list view
From the detailed view of a ticket, users can also download that individual ticket as an Excel file
