Employee Attendance and Leave Report

The Employee Attendance and Leave Report module lets you quickly print attendance and leave details for selected employees. Reports can be generated for specific durations, number of days, or particular dates, making it easy to track and manage employee records efficiently.

Enable Background Attendance

To enable automatic attendance tracking from the backend, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Attendances > Settings.
  2. In the Modes section, activate the option Enable Attendances from Backend.
  3. Save the settings to allow attendance to be recorded automatically in the background.

Employee Check-In / Check-Out

To record employee attendance, go to Attendances. In the top-right corner, you will see a red dot.

Click on that red dot.

When an employee is ready to start their shift, click the Check In option. Once checked in, the red dot changes to green, indicating the employee is currently present.

To mark the end of a shift, click the green dot of the checked-in employee. This will give you the Check Out option. Once checked out, the dot turns red, indicating the employee is no longer active.

Employee Attendance Reporting

To generate detailed attendance and leave reports, navigate to Attendances > Reporting > Employee Details. The system opens a popup for report generation.

Generate Attendance Report

In the popup, select the employee, specify the start and end dates, and click Print. The report will be generated and downloaded as a PDF.

Print Full Employee Attendance

If you select only the employee without specifying start or end dates, the system will print all attendance and leave details for that employee. Click Print to download the full report as a PDF.

Generate Reports for Multiple Employees

You can select multiple employees along with a start and end date, and then click Print to generate combined attendance and leave reports. Each employees report will be compiled into separate PDFs.
