Customer Statement Report
The Customer Statement Report Module allows users to generate, print, or email customer statement reports with date and currency filters. The user can view details of multiple customers at once for quick and accurate financial insights.
To enable the Send Customer Statement feature, go to Invoicing >> Configuration >> Settings. In the Send Customer Statement section, you can define the interval for automatic statement delivery. The system will then automatically calculate and update the Next Run Date, ensuring that customer statements are generated and sent on schedule without any manual intervention.
Navigate to Reporting >> Customer Statement Menu.
The Popup window allows you to apply date filters to print or send a PDF of statements for a specific duration and partner. If no partner is selected, the system will generate statements for all partners, ensuring flexibility in reporting.
By opening a Customer's Profile, you can view all the related statements directly. Simply click on the Statement button in the customer's form view to access detailed reports, making it easy to manage customer-specific records.
The Statement List view displays all generated customer statements in an organized format. From this list, users can review existing statements, filter results, and manage records efficiently.
The system provides the option to Print or Send Individual Reports for specific customers. This ensures that tailored statements can be delivered directly to a customer when required, enhancing communication and accuracy.
The system also provides a professional PDF Report format for customer statements.
