Custom Matrix Survey
The Custom Matrix Survey module enables the creation of complex and dynamic survey forms, supporting multiple-choice questions, custom matrix layouts, and flexible response view options.
Navigate to Survey and create survey.
Add survey title & question title, then click Add a question.
Add question for survey page and select Matrix question type.
Add different answer choices & type of questions.
Add multiple rows for header.
Now, open Options tab and set Custom Matrix Type.
Click on Test button, it opens the survey page.
Click on Start Survey button.
Here, we can fill survey form and click Submit Survey button.
Here, we can retry and review our survey answer.
When, any user submit our survey, survey answers automatically update on survey page in Answer smart button.
Here, we can see survey answers in pdf format & filled answer.
Click on Print button to see filled answer.
If we want to see survey answers in pdf format, click on Print PDF Answers button.
