Cost Estimation

Cost Estimation module allows you to generate cost estimates directly from a CRM pipeline. You can also create quotations and sales orders based on the details of the CRM lead, making the sales process faster and more efficient.

Set User Access for Cost Estimation

Steps to enable Cost Estimation access for a user:

  1. Go to Settings > Users & Companies > Users.
  2. Open your Admin User record.
  3. In the Access Rights tab, locate the Cost Estimation section and select User.
  4. Save the changes.

Create a New Cost Estimation

Steps to create a new cost estimation from CRM:

  1. Go to CRM > Sales > My Pipeline.
  2. Click New to create a new record.
  3. Fill in the required information and open the record.

Add Products to Estimation

Steps to add products and quantities:

  1. Add products and their quantities to the estimation record.
  2. Click New Estimation from the header.

Approve the Estimation

Fill in the required information and click Approve from the header.

Send Estimation via Email

Click Send by Email from the header, fill in any required information, and send.

View Estimation

After sending, the estimation will look like this:

Create Quotation

Click Create Quotation from the header to generate a quotation based on the cost estimation.

Review Cost Estimation in Quotation

You can see the cost estimation reference and total cost automatically fetched. Confirm the quotation from the header.

Confirm and Generate Sales Order

Once confirmed, the quotation is converted into a sales order, and the state is set to Sales Order.
