Company Public Holiday

The Company Public Holiday module in Odoo provides an easy and efficient way to manage official holidays across your organization.

To configure your company's public holidays in Odoo, navigate to the Time Off module and open the Configuration menu.Then, Select Public Holidays sub-menu and open it.

Multi Company allows the use of Public Holiday across different companies within the system, ensuring a unified holiday structure for better management and consistency.

Select the desired Year from the Year List dropdown and create your company’s list of holidays by adding each public holiday with its corresponding start and end date.

Once the holiday list is created, it is automatically synchronized with the company calendar, ensuring that all public holidays are updated and reflected in the calendar view.

Now Click on Send by Email button for sending mail to the employee's.

In the Compose Email window, select the employee's of your company.

The system automatically filters and displays only the employee's associated with the selected company, ensuring that the holiday list is sent to the correct recipients.

Then Click on "Send" Button.

The calendar automatically updates with the latest meetings, holidays, and events for the selected company.

To print the holiday report, click on the Gear Icon and select Holiday Report.
