Account Statement Report
The Account Statement Report Module helps user generate clean and detailed account statements in Odoo with ease. User can export statements for all accounts or a selected account in PDF or Excel, with custom date ranges.
To view the Account Statement in Odoo, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Invoicing app and click on the Reporting menu.
- Go to the Account Statement sub-menu.
Note: If you don't apply an Account Filter, then it will fetch all account statements.
To generate the Account Statement Report, follow these steps:
- Add From Date and Till Date.
- Select the desired Account.
- Click on Print PDF or Print XLS button.
- You can print the report in either PDF or XLS format.

To view and manage the Chart of Accounts in Odoo, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Configuration and click on Chart of Accounts menu.
- Here, the user can print the Individual Report of any account.
Select one or multiple records you want to print. Then, from the Print option at the top, you can download the Account Statement in PDF format.

For the XLS report, select one or multiple records you want to print. Then, from the Actions option at the top, you can download the Account Statement in XLS format.
