Sticky Notes
Sticky Notes allows users to create, delete, edit and share the sticky notes.
Creation, deletion and updation of the Sticky Notes
From the top-right menu , go to the sticky notes button icon and a sticky notes section will open.
Create a Sticky note.
Once you create a sticky note, you can also edit and delete the sticky note as per requirements.
You can click edit sticky note and save the changes.
And from the trash icon, you can delete the sticky note.
Show Sticky Notes in a pop-up or draggable manner
Go to the general settings and click Sticky Notes Section Configuration Tab.
From the Sticky Notes Section, you can either select draggable or popup.
By selecting draggable, you can move your sticky notes at the entire screen and by selecting popup, the sticky notes will come up in a popup manner.
You can drag and drop the sticky notes in a sequence manner as per the requirements.
Create Sticky Notes in the Chatter menu
In the chatter section, click on the sticky notes button icon.

Share Sticky Notes with multiple users
Click Edit Sticky Note and in shared users, multiple users can be added.
For all the shared users the sticky note will appear like this and will not be editable.
