Project Timesheet Limit Reminder
In this Project Timesheet Limit Reminder module, the project followers (team members) will get notification for 'Project Hours Limit'. So, both the project followers/team members can enter the project tracking hours and the users can fill the timesheet hours. Thus, each member working on the project will get the notification on the 'project time limit reach' via email or pop up.
- Let's give an example to explain the module in brief-
Here we've mentioned the project which is termed as 'Renovations'. In this module, the team members can add the time limit in the 'project timesheet limit reminder'. Let's suppose , a team of 2 members complete the working hours of 42 hours and the other team member or project follower can exceed that time limit to 50 hours. So, both can set the hours spent in the dashboard. - In such a case, both the team member/ project follower can set their time limit in the 'project timesheet' and each follower/team members will be notified through mail or pop-up.
- Open the 'Project' dashboard and create a project named 'Renovations'.
- Enable the 'Is Project Limit' boolean field
- When the 'Is Project Limit' boolean field is enabled, 'Project Hour' field will be visible.
- Go back to the 'Project' dashboard and open/create a Task.
- Create 'Timesheet Hours' and add 'Allocated Hours' i.e. 42:00.
- When you create 'Timesheet Total Hours' you can add 'Hours spent' and save manually.
- When you create 'Timesheet Total Hours' and it is more than the project hours limit, then an email is sent to all the 'Project Followers'/ team members.
- Project followers will get notification mail when the 'Timesheet Total Hours' exceeds 'Project Hours Limit'.
