Login With Link
The Login With Link module provides a secure way for users to access the Odoo backend without entering a password. By simply submitting their email address, users receive a time-sensitive login link directly to their inbox. This one-time login link allows seamless authentication and automatically expires after a configurable duration, ensuring enhanced security.
Enable and Configure Login With Link
Navigate to Settings and open the General Settings menu.
Scroll down to the Login With Link section and activate the Enable Login With Link option.
Set Link Expiry Duration
Enter the duration (in minutes) for which the login link should remain valid.
The login link will be valid up to the time you have specified.
Access Login With Link Request Page
Click On Sign In Using Link button.
Request Login Link
Enter your registered email address to initiate the login process.
After entering the email, click on Request Login Link to receive a secure link via email.
Receive Login Link via Email
A secure login link will be sent to your registered email address. This link remains valid only for the configured duration and will automatically expire thereafter.
After clicking the link, you will be successfully logged into your account.
Note: The login link is single-use and cannot be accessed again once used.
