Job Description:
Required Skills for UI/UX Designer cum Graphic Designer:
- 2-3 years of experience in the IT Software Industry.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and best practices.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.
- Graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities of UI/UX Designer cum Graphic Designer:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement
innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to
complex design roadblocks.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to
effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and
executive-level stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
