Receivables & Payables Planner

Receivables & Payables Planner enhances the Accounting module by displaying customer & vendor invoices based on their due dates in a calendar view. It helps users easily track upcoming and overdue payments at a glance. This improves payment follow-ups, cash flow planning, Payable and Receivable Management directly within Odoo's backend.

Navigate to Receivables & Payables Planner > Due Invoices to view all posted customer invoices and vendor bills based on their due dates.

The calendar displays unpaid invoices grouped by date, allowing you to quickly identify upcoming and overdue payments.

Simply hover your mouse over any invoice number displayed on the calendar, and a detailed pop-up will instantly appear. This pop-up provides a complete summary of the invoice, including the Invoice Number, Partner Name, Total Amount, Amount Due, and Due Date.

Additionally, a "View" button is available within the pop-up, allowing you to navigate directly to the full invoice record with a single click.

After clicking the "View" button, the system opens the detailed backend form view of the selected invoice.

The Total Due Amount is shown at the bottom-right corner of the calendar under the label "Total As Of".

It displays the total unpaid amount of all invoices visible in the current calendar view.

Now select a specific date from the calendar side panel. It will display the total due amount for the selected date.

When the Customer Invoices filter is applied, the calendar displays only the due customer invoices.

When the Vendor Bills filter is applied, the calendar displays only the due vendor bills.

When the Overdue filter is applied, the calendar displays only overdue invoices.

When you search for a specific partner name in the search bar and apply the filter, the calendar displays only the due invoices and bills related to that partner.
