Set 'Has Insurance' as True for any service type product.
Create 'Insurance Type' by adding insurance type and description.
Create 'Insurance Policy' for that 'insuranced' product.
When you create sale order 'add insurance' button is visible.
Clicking on "Add Insurance", opens a wizard where the "Insurance Policy" can be selected, automatically filling in other details based on the chosen policy.
New sale order line is visible, after clicking 'Add Insurance' button on wizard.
When you confirm the sale order, smart button is visible as 'Insurances'.
By clicking on that smart button , insurance record is opened in 'Active' state.
By clicking on 'Create Claim' button, claim record is in 'Draft' state.
By clicking on 'Submit' button, claim record is in 'Submitted' state.
You can visible two buttons 'Approve' and 'Reject'.
You can also review insurance claim record inside Insurance Management > Insurance Claims menu.
By clicking on 'Reject' button, claim record is in 'Rejected' state.
You can Review that all Insurance record inside Insurance Management > Insurance Records menu.
